I was not quite sure what exactly VM was.
When i saw the PPD slides i was overwhelmed by the designs and the thoughts that go into it. There was so much we could do and i had an influx of different ideas.
I was shocked to see the detailing and psychology behind the VM displays. I knew that the interiors of a store is important to the brand but i dint realise how it plays on the psychology of the customers to go inside the store and how it attracts them.
I googled the Mcqueen stores and the flagship store in London was out of the world. There were big stone boulders, exclusive manequins , marble flooring, the budgeting for these stores was massive. I thought about the different ways one should allocate the money for different projects within the brand.
I researched a lot about Concept stores as i had not been exposed to stores that looked this good from the place i grew up in. It was an exciting new aspect i was looking forward to.
